Palate: Tasty and complex with flavors of angelica and orris roots with a long, lingering, herbaceous finish. A bitter but well integrated point and memories of nuts.

Elaboration:

Distillation of barley and rye with water and subsequent addition of 47 botanicals, among which the fundamental juniper stands out. Then it ages a minimum of 3 months in clay pots.
