Here's a London Dry style straight gin that can easily be made to remember. It is produced with flora from all over the world. Ben 10 essences of herbs, flowers and roots, harvested by hand in places where the earth has given them the maximum aroma and strength. Javanese white pepper, Tuscan iris roots, Spanish almonds and Chinese licorice are just a few examples. Bombay Sapphire undergoes triple distillation in three different copper stills. And in order to extract most of the essences without altering them, the operation is done in steam instead of maceration, according to the Carter Head method. In this way, the master botanist Ivano Tonutti preserves intact the aromatic essential oils that give the distillate an unmistakable character.
