View: Bright, clear and clean amber colour.

Nose: Balanced and not excessively complex in character, with the presence of notes of wood, chocolate and caramel.

Palate: Creamy, with slight notes of caramel and wood tannins. Long, dry and pleasant finish. Purity and balanced character.

Elaboration:

Aged rum is matured for up to 4 years in selected oak barrels that contained bourbon. The distillation process removes many of the heavy alcohols that other rums retain. The result is a pure, light and not so sweet drink, with an unforgettable taste.
