Nose: Powerful, complex aroma, with character, elegant, spicy, citrus, floral.

Palate: Elegant, with a touch of violet, very well integrated alcohol, fatty, aromatic and powerful, with a floral aftertaste of a certain sweetness.

Elaboration:

It has almost all the main ingredients of the other gins, but what makes it unusual, special in taste, is that they add an infusion made from Bulgarian rose petals, almost negligible, and another from Dutch cucumber, which once pressed and extracted its juice, this is joined to the oil of the roses that together with a touch of cold water and the know-how of the old Carter-Head alembic from Hendrick's (there are only four in the world and the one they have in Hendricks dates from the century XIX and has been restored to its original condition for the current process), give it a very special and particular flavor.
