Nose: Very balanced aroma with notes of caramel, with sweetness, toasted notes of medium-bodied wood.

Palate: Great balance of flavor with concentration and medium palate, with sweet hints and toasted wood.

Elaboration:

Pure water is mixed with 80% corn, 12% barley and 8% rye. It is then distilled in a large copper still where it is vaporized and condensed just once. Filtered drop by drop through three meters of saccharine maple charcoal and matured in our own barrels. This Tennessee Whiskey does not follow a calendar, it is ready when the brand's master distillers indicate it to be based on its appearance, aroma and flavor. This is how Jack Daniel himself did it more than a century ago, and this is how his heirs continue to do it today.
