View: Light golden colored spirit.

Nose: It shows complex aromas of citrus, peach, raspberry, tobacco and vanilla.

Palate: The spirit has a very rich texture with flavors of ginger, apples, cinnamon, herbal notes, honey, vanilla and lemon. The finish is long with a sweet aftertaste of apples, spices, cinnamon and honey.

Elaboration:

The production is carried out in several steps. The cuvée is made up mostly of the Trebiano variety and other wine varieties from all over Turin. It is first filtered through charcoal. After that it is infused with sweet herbs and spices, sourced from the Alps, sweetened with beet sugar and enriched with a spirit.
